Rotor F/X offers a wide range of manufacturing and design services. Anything you might need to build, repair, restore or create a part for your rotorcraft can be created for you in our complete custom shop. Start with an idea, a sketch, a CAD file or sample and we'll deliver a precision high quality mock-up, plug, mold or finished part to you.
CAD Design
Create that custom part you always wanted or design something
entirely new. Our CAD engineers will assist in every step from your
verbal directions or hand drawn sketch into a 3D design ready for
manufacturing. We'll even provide you a fully functional CAD file
and animation of the design as it progresses so you can view, rotate
and examine the part and dimensions every step of the way. We can also offer FEA to model and test your part for
strength and durability before you proceed with manufacturing or a
prototype.
